Derby City Classic...Louisville, KY. Held every year. It's THE gathering for hustlers of all kinds, high rollers, etc.
I had the same thought...between the two of them, over $300,000 in cold hard "cecils" ($100 bills) was being flashed in that video...too much temptation for some folks. But I'd guess there was LOTS of security folks around....
