I wouldn't sweat it....the paint is a joke anyway. My dealer too has adjusted the TPS and the paint removed from the screws did not affect my warranty. Besides "Some one" could have "Power washed your bike and sprayed the TPS" Right? ;-)
But when you read the manual (RTFM)...it clearly states "Do Not Powerwash your "S"!"
