I am starting to put my Center Console back in, but need to make sure that all the parts are functioning correctly first. There is a switch under the vent at the top of the console, when does this function? Also, does the lever to the right of the switch look broken? 2nd pic is with the switch in the opposite direction, 3rd is the back side.
