In my experiance it is best to replace all the parts as one (if the bracket, sensor, etc.. all came as one from the same veh) as parts tend to wear with each other, kinda like brake pads with rotors.

A slighty used sensor with it's slightly used bracket will line up better than a used sensor with a new bracket or used bracket from your old sensor.

If you have the parts use em, if not use your old ones. The difference isn't much but it's not perfect.
