Mixture Adjustment:
MFI Mixture Control.
Good advice about setting pump mixture like: "Remember the phrase "I Lean Left" for "idle screw lean to the left-- and then remember that the main rack is the opposite of the idle rack, so the main rack is lean right, rich left" and "Everyone you talk to will stress the LAST thing you do is adjust the mixture ... All this does is to get you farther from a solution and many times causes more problems.

Mechanical Fuel Injection by Leslie Rice. Wonderful overview of the MFI system from a guy that really understands it. Great advice like "NEVER DEVIATE" from the sequence outlined in Check, Measure and Adjust.
