The 911 Fuchs are completely different from the 951 fuchs. Your best bet is to get the real 951 fuchs so that you can run the correct size rubber without interference. Trying to mix and match 911 fuchs to your 944 will also be expensive as the stock 911 fuchs were 6 and 7s (which are the most likely to be for sale). If you are really that serious about upgrading wheels I'd suggest checking out the tirerack for a new set of Cups. They are cheap, look great and will add value to your car.
