I bought 4, 10mmx1.5 - 4 " long stainless steel bolts locally and cut the heads off to make studs out of them. Then used regular old stainless 10mmx1.5 nuts that take a 17mm thin wall box end wrench and lockwashers to hold the muffler on.
I don't put the studs into the turbine housing real tight, just snug so I can get them out if I want.
The turbo and it's support bracket are alot easier to move around, position, and install with only one stud in the turbo at first.

The cut off bolt head sections make nice approx 1.5 " long 17mm stainless bolts you can use elsewhere.

I used antiseize on all the threads and have had no problems with removing it and it hasn't come loose on it's own either.
The origonal copper plated 14mm wrench size lock nuts are better but they are kinda expensive.
