I picked up an '85 318i that is in very good condition, but not running. There is no power going to the fuel pump, hence, no fuel to the engine.

I have done all the testing described in the Haynes manual, and still have no clue what the problem might be.

The fuel pump fuse- #11 is good.

When I bypass the pump relay with the jumper wire as described in Haynes, I still have no power at the pump.

Does anyone have any ideas?
