Do the fans go on at the right time? Does the thermostat open? What temp thermostat are you using? Which thermal switch do you have? Depending on the switch you have, the fans start earlier or later. For example, thermal fan switch (Behr) 823.959.481 E turns the fans on at 65 degrees C whereas the switch ScoobySteve is talking about, 823.959.481 F turns on the fans at 92 degrees C. If you replaced the parts without knowing what values they were, you may have inadvertently switched the operating profile of your cooling system.
