the motors are heavy - I'd guess 5-6 lb with the little gearbox.

I looked at the brushes - mine were hardly touched. Remember the duty cycle on these things is like 5 seconds per hour.

A general cleanup, lube and test helped a lot. The regulators were all gummed up.
