For comfort, go stock. The rubber will absorb a little of the suspension movement.

For more precise handling, go harder aftermarket. The harder material will keep the bar from wobbling so that it works better. It will also transmit more vibration to the cockpit. Probably not a lot if it's just the sway bar bushings. But it will squeak. If not right away, eventually.
