CIS to carbs wiring questions.

I'm getting ready to put these on.

Now I have a bunch of wires I don't know what to do with. Currently these are puzzzling me.

I am pretty sure they came from my heater blower that I had removed some time ago.
The question is the brown wire is connected to my internal regulator alternator. It goes from the alternator to the connection, where it terminates and connects with the blue wire and the blue wire goes to the pin connector. There is also a black wire that is in an adjacent connector and it goes to the pin connector as well.
The black wire and the blue and brown wire are in separate housings but joined together.

There is also a brown wire from the alternator that goes to a connector that has a red wire that goes to the pin connector.

The yellow wire in the background used to go to my CIS. Some switch on the drivers side, I think it was temperature related.
The warm up? sensor down by the distributor had two wires on it that I removed. One of them was yellow and connected to same switch as the remaining yellow one.
What should I do with the remaining yellow?
