I think the rubbing is from the join where the bumper meets the fender, there is a little sharp protrusion there that looks like it is catching the tire on hard corners with bumps.
Shocks are newer Konis and springs are Green HKs set to Euro ride height. Do you think lifting the front end a little will help? I love the stance as is.
next to the valve stem should be a width # and an ET #
8 52 or 7 55 something like that, yes/no?
