These sound like they should work; you want the ATE calipers and not the Girling. Those are ATE, so they are probably good for it.

"Loaded" usually means that they have pins, clips, and probably pads. But people may use the term in different ways, so it's best to ask to make sure. No idea what "1/2 loaded" means.
