we just bout a sand rail with a Porsche motor in it. we were told that it was a 911, 3.0 Lt. but i can't find the numbers to look it up. we pulled the fan and alternator, distributor, and the little triangle heat shields on the left and right of the alternator.
we have looked all over the motor and just cant even find a block number. any help will be great. here is a pic of what the motor looks like, hope that someone will recognize the layout of it and be able to tell me where to look.
