I have to agree that the intersection of the Cabriolet style with the last of the SC line makes any SC-based Cab. a desireable car. If I had the money I would make this guy an offer today. 13.5K and it didn't sell? That seems strange to me.
And this is not a knock on the Carrera, it is only that no Carrera Cab. even with improvements will ever be the original, first-year Cab.
There's a guy in Seattle trying to sell a commemerative (Ferry P.) car at 35K. He is now down in the lower 20Ks. That car is not nearly the collector that this SC Cab is.
