Hmmmm, have you considered flushing the Swepco and using Kendal 80W90 (with LSD if you have it)
If you do change it will take 2-3 changes to get all the Swepco out after 1000+miles each time.
Just my 2 cents, I had shifting issues and now it shifts like a normal car.
