If you machine the flywheel, make sure to machine the mounting plane for the pressure plate, the friction surface for the clutch disk, and the area in the middle where the flywheel bolts mount. If you do not, you run the risk of the clutch disk dragging on the bolts, with potentially unhappy results.
The "little spec book" may have the numbers in it. I have not found any for the 914-4, but the numbers for the 914-6 are in there (I think it's that book!!) and are appropriate for the 914-4.
