I'm the proud new owner of an '89 930 and couldn't be more excited. It's my first Porsche. I spent 6 months doing my homework, and during that time I've been lurking here.
I'm very excited by the collective wisdom. It's amazing.
I'm looking for guidance on wheels. The 16" BBS are what came with the car. I think my preference would be to go back to Fuchs.
I know the Fuchs are expensive but I figure the BBS are worth a decent buck, or maybe I should plan to keep them.
I'm 30 min. from Watkins Glen so it's safe to say the car will end up on the track but all I have in mind is Driver Ed and occasional very low level stuff at most.
I'm open to any guidance and wisdom on wheels, or anything else.
