Every time a 912 owner or 912E owner attends a PCA regional activity such as monthly breakfasts, concours, autocross, or zone activities (i.e. the Festival of Speed), or national Parade and Escape events, it makes a difference in promoting 912s. Joint activities such as the PCA-GPX Region / 912 Registry Concours, Zone 8 Festival of Speed, and the PCA/Redwood Region - 912 Registry 2010 Rendezvous Autocross also demonstrate there can be many joint opportunities in the future. Considering the variety and volume of cars Porsche is producing, I believe that promoting the 912 is more important than ever.
In 1995, the Porsche Club of America created a special interest register program allowing member networking for specific models or interests.
