Air Pump I believe is above the AC Compressor. If it's a US Model and with an Calif EPA Decals then it had to have an Air pump on it at some time. Post a pic of the passenger side of the Engine (top). You should have a long metal tube connecting to a Diverter Valve then it goes down the firewall and it connects to the back of the passenger side head or your Cat Converters.
