A few different ways to do this:
Line-lock, which some say work, some say they don't, I've never used one.
or
Convert the rear trialing arms to accept the 911 parking brake which is actually a drum brake mounted "inside" the rotor.
Vellios or Rich Johnson I think offer these kits...not cheap
or
make a bracket and mount a Wilwood Mechanical Spot Caliper
(about 70 bucks each for the calipers)
Clay Perrine (sp?) is or was selling a kit for this or maybe just the brackets.
