60 bucks, he removes the binding around the edge, glues piece of headliner foam to the backside, and then stitches on a new binding around the edge. well worth 60 bucks to me.. can't say running a sewing machine is my strong suit :P

I also hate that burlap crap on the underside. I think I'll do the same and have an upholstery place redo the backsideon both rear and pass undercarpet.
