Alignment Specifications

My car is going in tomorrow for new tires and alignment.

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for the alignment specs. My current setup (per the prior owner) are as follows:
Performance Alignment - Zero Toe Front & Rear
Camber (approximately): Front 1 1/2 degrees, Rear 2 1/2 degrees
No Crown Adjustment (not sure what this means)

My issues: I like the way the car handles but I feel it is a bit twitchy at high speed. I'm thinking that this could be because of the zero toe. Currently, it feels like you point, it goes. This means full concentration at high speed. I'm wondering if a little toe would cause the steering to center a little better. Also, there is no mention of caster adjustment from the prior owner.

I'm a novice but the shop I'm going to is great and the I know the owner well. He's had many Porsches over the years and I will take his advice but I'd feel a little better if I at least understood better.

Lastly, the car is set to Euro height. The camber may be set to help the tires clear better but I'm not sure on that.

I'm open to suggestions.
