I did the conversion. Your question could be more specific as the job will take you through several aspects of automotive mechanics from brakes to alignment to torque values and the use of some special tools or improvised ones. If you get in a jam, ask here as you are sure to get a response to a specific problem. Many here have done this as you already know.

My biggest problem was installing ventilated rotors from a 911 on the rear. That is not a straight forward deal. To keep it simple, use the stock calipers and the 914-6 rotors on the rear. My 2 cents worth (M2CW).
