It's the starter relay, #61, the relay consists of 2 parts, the outer part is controlled by the immobilizer the inner by the key, you want to jump the outer part so that it is always hot when the key is on. on a 993 it is pin 3(30) to pin 5(87).
If you have wiring diagrams it's easy to find as these are on the outer section of the relay circuit
