Anyone still around from the back years, regarding boosting a 3.2L 1987 engine?

Looking for details, or maybe even your castoff setup already fabricated for bolton. Only want to bolt on a mild boost, to have 300-320hp.

Anyone?
I mean DETAILS - where to mount, plumbing, wiring, what to buy, how/where to get fabrication done, tuning, etc.

There's a lot of information out there, and it's frankly too much and too overwhelming. All I want is 300hp increase, bolt on assembly; no controversy or complications about which is better, etc.
