I'm disassembling my blower fan mechanism, and have a couple strange things.
First, the engine fan doesn't appear to be attached quite properly. Note the gap between the housing and the fan. How bad is this?
Second, right now my blower and tubes are removed. Can I still drive the car without the tubes connecting the fan to the heat exchangers? I only have a short 4 miles commute, but I don't want to risk any overheat.
