[Porsche-O-Phile]

I used to fly into Astoria daily - beautiful little town. I remember it mostly for the elk (they used to hang out at the airport, particularly on the runways making for occasional white-knuckle takeoffs and landings) and the pretty girl at the hotel where I used to stay. Never saw the gritty side of it, but there's not much industry there aside from fish and timber. Iirc Georgia Pacific (paper products) does a lot of materials sourcing from out of there.

Just goes to show there are jerks and testosterone-laden ape-men everywhere, unfortunately though.
