He put down a $500 deposit then sent a partial payment of $3500 and the owner let him ship it to Seattle promising to pay the remaining $22500 upon recept of car . At that time when the owner received payment in full he would send title. My friend was depressed when he saw the car and brought it to show me and it is a real POS. Now I am in the middle . My friend has the car and only paid $4000 plus shipping.I called the owner and called him on mis representing the car but he claims that it is a gem and has only 16,000 miles .
