First, did you change all three mounts? Second, it is possible, as your wires are so bad, that you are getting "imported spikes" (voltage induced into one wire by the other). This would mean that ignition timing would be "virtually" out of time. My advice, change all the engine mounts at the same time, and change the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. If the vibration doesn't go away after that, then we can talk about ballance shafts etc. Although I imagine it's either the wires or one of the mounts that you missed. As, if you don't change them all and one is still bad, the vibration will be very strong. E me if you want to chat more.
