Hmmmm,
I haven't that much on the most recent ABS on the S, but I've done the earlier ABS on an S, and the later on the 1150R/RT. In fact, the RT has already been tweaked again, making it merely very objectionable instead of horrible. That on the R and S I dislike, but could live with.
Haven't tried duc's yet, but it sounds good. I think they've got it just right. Maximum braking, but no locking. That ought to be the idea. Arguably, they could back off a percent an prevent stoppies, but it still sounds great. If BMW gets ones that good, I might accept the weight penalty.
