I agree, just fixed this problem on mine today, also worth checking the connections from the wiring loom to the motor, mine were corroded causing a high resistance connection which was burning the swith contacts out, cleaning the connections and the switch contacts have solved the problems, while you have the door panel off, lube the mechanism and the glass slide rails in the door, sure speeds up the time it takes for the window to close
