the only thing you my have done wrong is reverse the hinge the door part go to the rear of the part on the car. If this is O.K. then the door should fit. If you did reverse this you would of had a HARD time with the bolts! There is a chance that the door you used has been reskined incorretly and is to long, or that something on you car has been incorretly repaired( Q-PANEL HINGES ECT.)
