Removing the ignition switch housing should be pretty easy. Unscrew the plastic cover over the switch (on dash) and drill out the shear bolts underneath.
Once the switch is out, you can unscrew the electrical switch from the mechanical part of the housing. You can then use a screwdriver in the switch to start the car.
