Shift Lever Vibration
I'm a 3 weeks old Porsche owner who have a manual 150k 87 924S.
Last weekend I had a couple of hundreds miles trip. I found my shift lever has a lot of vibration when I drove either over 3k rpm or over 80 mph no matter which gear I was in. I can feel the vibration by putting my hand on the shift lever. The vibration would not getting worse or better when I drove faster than that. The reached 100 mph for a couple of times. My car run good in general.
Do you have same kind of vibration? Is it normal? Do I need a trans maintain service?
Any comments will be appreciated.
