My mechanic told me he installed a bolt in Aluminum Roll Bar that had some type of adjustability about 8-10 years ago but can't remember the brand.

I found an aluminum one by Wiechers, but it doesn't seems adjustable. I'm not really sure which part adjusted, but I'm curious if anyone is familiar with this brand.
