Did you at some point remove the spark plug wires, on either the plug or dizzy side?
If so check that they were reconnected to the proper cylinder. That should take care of basic spark since other cylinders are firing
Also check that all fuel injector connectors are on correctly. Fuel
Did you make sure you removed any rags left behind when putting back on the intake manifold? Air
