It's more than likely the blower motor inside the fresh air blower. YOU NEED TO FIX IT! I had the same problem in my SC, untill it started an electrical fire. Luckily I recogonized the smell imediatley, and killed the power to it. Some people have taken theirs apart and lubed them. I repplaced mine with a $50 used one from Parts Heaven.
