I believe they were rated at 88 HP. They were the same as the 2.0 914 engine internally, but they used L-jet EFI instead of D-jet, and they had thermal reactors and a smog pump both. The engine numbers were on the fan shroud instead of the case, I think. Basically a smogged-up late 2.0 914 engine, so pretty nearly identical performance.
