Agree with the posts, I've heard about people interested in them, but none that was actually made, or converted. Usually inline engines tend to have single turbos, unless they're sequential.

These new ceramic-ball bearing turbos spool times aren't that high either, specially the high end ones with exotic (very light) metals used for the rotating mass.
