I have heard stories of people that store a 911 through a cold winter getting water in the oil from condensation. Same thing for the gas tank.

I have never experienced it since I keep my 911 in my attached garage and it never gets below 45 degrees in there.

You don't have to get the oil to 212 to boil off the water. Just get the oil in the 180 degree range and the water will evaporate pretty quick.

In the wintertime it is impossible to get the oil HOT. I drove my 911 for two hours when it was zero Fahrenheit and the oil temp never got above 130 degrees.
