At $50, the screen and seal are a little over dealer list. While replacing the seal is a must, the screen can, if it's undamaged, be cleaned and reused. $190 for the pump is less than half of list. Pardon me for saying this, but if $190 for a fuel pump is too steep for you, maybe you're driving the wrong car. BTW, the stock pump for a 356 is about $432, making yours look pretty inexpensive.
