And then, what are you paying for your new wheels? They ain't free... Oh, and if you want to have your work last a while you need new rear rotors, and new front hubs/rotors. Which means new front bearings.
OK, so how much money are you saving again?
I'm not telling you not to do it--just pointing out that it's not as cheap as you might think, and the first or second time you wear out a pair of brake rotors your total expense will have been more than purchasing the "expensive" wheels that fit without any fuss.
