You can tap the electrical line that sends power to the wipers, and hook it to one side of the switch. The other side can be hooked to the brown/white wire that is already in the harness for the pump. It ends at the wiper motor. It's there for the wiper delay that can be added. Just hook it to the pump, and ground the other side.
