I've used these guys during my Corvair restoration with good results, have not seen how things hold up over time, but they have come back w/ no pitting and great finish. From what I understand most good guys put down a copper plating first then chrome over that, this adheres better esp if you are dealing with pot metal, which you probably aren't w/ hubs.
