wolfrpi, I've driven a couple of near stock 951s, and boost came in much earlier than 4000rpm. However I'm sure the launch has something to do with it. But boost at ~3200 rpm, and 4000rpm are two very different things either way, what do you think?
Also, the clutches on the cars I've driven were no harder compared to my own car, the 84 944, with a sport clutch in it.
