These are my injector fuel flows - should I try and adjust?
These are the fuel flows for each cylinder, approx 30 seconds (time doesn't really matter its the relative differences I'm asking about). This is at the fuel line, no injectors.
Cylinder Light Mid Full 1 89ml 138ml 218ml 2 89 133 200 3 89 131 210 4 90 141 223 5 81 135 208 6 85 135 200 Should I bother to attempt to adjust these? A shade less than 10% diff low to high at full throttle.

Interestingly I did the same set of tests with the injectors on and the flows were leveled out. For all intents and purposes putting the injectors on the fuel line made the flows identical cyl to cyl across the board.
I think the fuel lines need a little back pressure to accurately compare the fuel flows. So, I guess it's moot.

They are 'OK'. Nothing serious. But when you think 930 on boost and maybe running close to the line AFR wise, 10% is quite a difference. I get mine to 3%. After that it is luck as to how well they come out, and how long I can persevere. But my beast spends most of its time on WOT. The simplest one would be to dial 1&4 back a bit (below the #3 reading). I only worry about the WOT readings - I try to get these as close as I can.

To save you looking the info up, you would back the adjustment screws in #1&4 off to reduce flow.
I would take them back approx 1/4 turn for a start. That should get you close. Alan

Turns out the flows are identical with the injectors on the end of the fuel line, so I'm not going to fool with it.

I mis read you. Thought they were the same ........... as the original readings.

Hello,
When you mention Full, is that at full stroke of the metering plate? I get quite uneven and bad repeatability at full stroke. While at low and intermediates strokes I managed to get things even.

Pesch -You could be running out of fuel. best check fuel supply.

I did tests with about 10-15% of deflection for "light", about 50% for "mid" and all the way down for "full". Now, to your point, I don't really know if the airflow metering plate ever actually gets depressed all the way down. It would be interesting to know that for certain. I'm guessing that even at full throttle, down low, on a cold day (i.e. maximum density air) you are aren't at the limits of travel on the arm.

After struggling to get even flow at full swing of the metering plate, I get uneven flow at inermediate opening...
Then remembered this post Information about the 934 CIS Injection And decided to set even flow at 37mm stroke, then checked at 25mm and 10mm all was consistent.
