You might have spark leakage under higher boost, from either the spark plugs, or the distributor cap.

Have you tried dielectric grease?

I bought some at autozone the other day, as I was getting leakage when I raised the pressure in my spark plug chamber.

Search: autozone AGS Dielectric Spark Plug Boot Protector 0.14oz

It's $1.69

I’ve opted to go CDI and new leads. CDI was used by Porsche for their turbo cars even when their NA counterparts has newer style ignitions. Also there is no telling how old the standard ignition system components were so now I know they’re all correct.

Be interesting to see how it goes on the dyno.

You're assuming the ignition is being blown out by boost. Should be easy to wire something stronger in to see if it makes a difference. 100% sure there are no intake/exhaust leaks?

You don't have enough timing at 100 kpa. It maxes out at 20.25*. A bit of searching indicates a stock 3.2L (albeit without a turbine creating back pressure) should have more like 28*.

What's the recommended timing with 10 PSI?

Do you have a log of fuel pressure and commanded parameters, especially ignition timing? Often there are modifiers that can change the values in the map so they don't tell the whole story.
