Very similar to my Garretson. The core is identical.

Looks like an Andial thats been polished. Typically the "sqaure boss" on the front of the tank has a plate that says "Andial Racing". Believe this and the Garretson are the same.

It's identical to my andial except mine is black and still has the andial racing label

Definitely a Garretson as I have the same unit and also just had the paint stripped and polished.
